Missed Appointments Your account may be blocked or suspended if you repeatedly book appointments and fail to attend. 4. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled online at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Online Booking Management You can book, reschedule, or cancel your appointments online by logging into your account. Make sure you select barber under the right branch, Dartford or Plumstead 6. Incorrect or Fake Details Barbers reserve the right to cancel appointments made with incorrect or fake details (ghost appointments). 7. When You Arrive Please inform your barber that you have arrived and confirm your appointment time. Do not sit in the waiting area without notifying your barber. 8. Duplicate Bookings If you accidentally make two bookings, please log into your account and delete the one you do not want. The barber may cancel either or both bookings if necessary. 9. Waiting Time If you book with a specific barber, waiting times may vary between 0–35 minutes. 10. Ghost Appointments Please avoid making ghost appointments, as this affects other customers. Please relax while waiting. Your barber will do their best to attend to you on time. 11. Terms & Conditions Please review the booking terms and conditions on our website.
