2.  Customer MUST login or create account to be able to cancel appointments . Its so simple and easy to cancel appointment either you login before you book appointment or not. JUST USE SAME E-MAIL AND U CANCEL ONLINE 2hrs TO THE START OF THE APPOINTMENT

3.   Barber can cancel immediately any appointment that fill in fake details (fake e-mail and wrong phone number . No GHOST       APPOINTMENT  please.)

4.   4 out of 10 customers waste barber appointment method by book a slot and fail to come for the appointment, THIS NEED TO   STOP.

5.   ONLY BOOK A SLOT IF YOU ARE GOING TO COME FOR HAIRCUT PLEASE.

6.   WALK-IN SERVICE is better than book appointment and fail to come and not cancel it on time.

7. £3 FINE AND CHARGE APPLIES IF APPOINTMENT IS NOT USE BY THE CUSTOMER ( WALE BARBER ONLY)
